1. Who we are

EasySellMarket ("we", "us", "the Platform") is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. These Terms govern your access to and use of the EasySellMarket website and services.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, list an item, or make a purchase. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Listings & prohibited items

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings — description, price, condition, and photos. You may not list stolen goods, counterfeit items, weapons, illegal drugs, or anything prohibited under applicable law. We may remove any listing, or suspend any account, at our discretion.

4. Payments, escrow & boosts

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paystack. For orders using escrow, funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery or the auto-release period elapses. Paid "Boost Listing" placements are non-refundable once activated. We are not a party to the underlying sale between buyer and seller and do not guarantee the condition, legality, or delivery of any item.

5. Fees

Certain features (shop subscriptions, Boost Listing tiers) require payment as disclosed at the time of purchase. Fees are subject to change with notice.

6. Messaging & conduct

Use the in-app messaging system respectfully. Harassment, spam, and attempts to circumvent the Platform's fees or safety features may result in account suspension. You can report or block other users at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our reasonable discretion. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, losses arising from a transaction, or indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
